Clinical services: TPO alliance from the approval of Public Health Office, Kathmandu has established mental health and psychosocial clinic at Baluwatar. Senior psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and senior counselors offer various mental health services that include screening, counseling, consultation, psychotherapy, group-based intervention, and referrals.
Training and Capacity Building: Different packages of training are developed and conducted. TPO alliance collaborates closely with development partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders to develop training modules and standards on mental health and psychosocial care. Range of training for social workers, health workers, and other frontline workers are conducted. Innovative clinical interventions such as TRE, Common Thread, Trauma Healing Therapy, Group Healing Intervention, Problem Solving Skills and Case Management, Yoga for Psychosocial Care are offered and implemented. Additionally, training on research methodology, monitoring and evaluation, program design and management, mental health and psychosocial care in emergencies are prioritized programs of the organization.
Research and Consultancy: TPO alliance conducts short-term research projects such as validation and adaptation of tools and interventions, project monitoring and evaluation, and rapid assessment in collaboration with development partners, government agencies, and academic institutions.
Advocacy: TPO alliance organizes advocacy events on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPS) promotion in health, education, and protection systems. It also emphasizes the prevention and protection of human rights, increases awareness, and mobilizes media. Workshops, meetings, conferences, and consultations at different levels of government are conducted to integrate mental health into the health, education, and social system.
Since its establishment, more than 25 projects and consultancies following its core thematic sectors have been accomplished. The organization has demonstrated its professional accountability and ability by implementing various projects together with UN agencies, government, and other development partners. Operationalizing 24x7 National helpline for suicide prevent suicide, the project implemented in collaboration with Mental Hospital in Nepal (WHO 2021)
Providing Psychosocial First Aid to the Teachers and School Management (NSSP 2020)

Conducted four batches of 6 months of psychosocial counseling training targeting social workers, students, health workers, and NGOs staff in Damak (2015-2018)
Conducted 6 months of psychosocial counseling training to the partner staff of Ilam, Makawanpur, Pyuthan, Sindhupalchwok, and Kathmandu districts (2015-2020)
Conducted suicide prevention training in Kathmandu, Gorkha and Sindhupalchwok districts (2019-2020)
