Monitoring and engage in advocacy around the World Bank funded project: Nepal Modernization of Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Scheme Phase II

Background: The proposed project with BIC is expected to closely monitor the foreseen risks of children being sexually and physically exploited or abused and report it to the concerned stakeholders so that proper safeguarding measures can be taken on time.

Objective: Engage in project monitoring through review of the project and policy documents, in-depth discussion with affected communities and stakeholders, implementing agency, and world Bank staff.

Implementation area: Kailali (Janaki Rural Municipality, Tikapur Municipality, and Lumkichuwa Municipality)

Time frame: Ongoing from 2020
