The main activities of this project include partner participation and consultation in the design of the action; training; capacity building; data collection to support advocacy, individual cases, communications, and campaigning outcomes and actions; outreach with other stakeholders and IRCT centers to share knowledge and information; direct communications, campaigning and advocacy activities. TPO Alliance, in coordination with TPO Nepal, carries out the activities with the requisite care, efficiency, transparency, and diligence, and in compliance with the project objectives and established outputs in line with the applicable national laws and regulations.

The activities of the partnership will be national advocacy promoting the implementation of UPR recommendations pertaining to the eradication of torture and ill-treatment in Nepal. The member center informs the IRCT in cases where its activities as described, have materially changed or the implementation is not possible within the agreed period or budget. The consequences for the collaboration will be decided jointly by the IRCT and the partner.
